About Us

Enble AI is a team of technical builders and AI educators helping Australian businesses turn AI into day-to-day capability. We make AI practical for non-technical teams through clear training, sharp strategy, and hands-on support that helps people actually use what they learn.

Our approach is training first, then build. We align leaders, upskill teams, and identify high-impact opportunities before engineering custom AI solutions, so adoption is strong and outcomes are measurable from day one.

⚙️ The mind behind Enble

Founder

Thamasha ("Tam") Galahena is an AI educator, innovator, and builder who turns potential into practical advantage. He helps growth-minded organisations lift people, streamline processes, and use AI to launch new offerings and serve new markets. The goal is simple: turn curiosity into measurable results. Based in Melbourne and working across Australia, he partners with SMEs, associations, councils, and not-for-profits that want capability and innovate.

Previously, Tam co-founded TriumphEd, an ed-tech startup addressing a AU$15B higher-ed challenge, securing $300k in pre-seed funding and building AI-powered software before launching Enble. He believes AI is reshaping how business is done and that success means embracing it, specially where organisations lack in-house bandwidth. His sessions are demo-rich, and impossible to ignore. He makes AI accessible to non-technical teams, showing how to apply it far beyond email and summaries — from strategy and design to innovation and decision-making.

Tam holds a B.Sc in Computer Engineering (Italy) and an MSc in I.T (Australia), and brings that technical depth into empowering everyday professionals to co-create with AI. A tri-lingual Melburnian fluent in English, Italian and Sinhalese, and an occasional golfer.
